Location: Oakland, California
Qualifications: Requires 3 years plus administrative experience in the heavy construction industry. Associate's degree preferred, though not necessary. Strong oral and written communication skills. Must have ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail. Strong work ethic - willing to do what it takes to get the job done.
Duties: Handle telephone calls, process all incoming and outgoing mail, assist AP department in processing vendor payments, document control, assist estimators with estimates/bids, maintain office.
