Location: San Francisco Bay, California
Qualifications: Requires 8 years plus of heavy construction experience. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong work ethic - willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Must have previous experience managing a jobsite, and bidding and building work.
Duties: Construction and subcontractor management, scheduling, cost control, change order management, project document control, implementation of company procedures, estimating and quantifying costs and bid time, resource planning and management.
